Great place ,and some very great people.
Private clean sites. Owners live there as well..They are wonderful hospitable people. My Father lives there year around. I enjoy going to visit along side the St. Johns River. Beautiful paintings of their home and laundry mat that the owners wife paints herself (Gorgeous). All the comforts of home..cable, electric. And a wonderful feeling to be there because of the wonderful hospitality i receive every time i visit..Truly it's " Home away from Home".

One of Florida's "best kept secrets." The best rates around include elec and cable. The owners live onsite and are very personable. It's a block off the highway so very quiet. If you like economy, fishing, and socializing, then this is the place for you.
